This has previously been one of our favourite Mcd's but recently the fries have been half-cooked, pale & limp. Also, usually have no sauces despite them being part of the order & short of numbers of items in shareboxes. As I usually use the drive through it's not easy to check without holding everyone up. To be fair, I have noticed similar issues with other locations, but as we use this one more frequently it is more noticeable.
The staff are amazing! Despite the busy conditions they always go the extra mile to ensure that the quality of their experience is amazing! Two managers, one being blonde and another having brown hair. Went out of their way to make sure not only my food was okay but also myself - a credit to the store! Food is always hot, fresh and fast! Best McDonald's in the country!

We called late on a Sunday night but the restaurant was still quite busy with drive throughs and take aways. We chose to dine inside using table service. John W took our order and delivered the food which was fine. He was very sociable and keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit. A very satisfying meal.
