Order was missing items so I rang through to be told they’d deliver in five minutes 40 mins later still no delivery rang again to tell them my other food was cold to them be shouted at by a rude man refused refund will not be ordering

I ordered food from here, it was late but they accepted the order. The app shows you a countdown of cooking and delivery. 30mins into my order the app said the food had been delivered? I waited a further 10 mins, still no food so I rang the shop, which was now closed. Thankfully they picked up and said the food was on its way. 25 mins later, still no food, rang again and was told he's on his way. 10 mins later, I got a cold, over cooked pizza. The driver apologised for being late. It took 1hr 20 mins order to delivery and it went straight in the bin.You choose if you want to order from here, the best part of the service was the fact they did answer the phone when they were closed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM!!! Ordered food from just eats last night and my experience turned terrifying!! Ordered at 12:30 last night. Payment went through but then told it was shut. I was home alone as it was my partners birthday and he was still out with friends and at 2am I had someone banging down my door AND trying to get in! I had to call my partner home as I was terrified and it last for about 5-10 minutes so as I was about to call the police and it stopped. I had a number ring me but I was on the phone to my partner I then listened to the voicemail to find out it was my food!!!! You would NEVER think a delivery guy would bang my door down like that AND proceed to try and get into my house!!! I thought I was going to be robbed or severely hurt!! My partner then called him back and he proceeded to scream and yell at my partner and then refused to bring the food back not like I wanted to eat after all that anyways. I am actually traumatised from this experience please avoid ordering from this place. I want to take further action and will be looking into to how. It’s now 10 hours later and I’m still shaking from this experience this delivery guy decided to put me through!

I ordered a 10" double pepperoni pizza. I could not see double amount of pepperoni because they covered it with cheese. personally I think it is a con. picture on menu show toppings on top of cheese. can't prove it so will never go there again. just received new menu through post. example old meal deal 1 £14.90. new price £20.50. £5.60 price increase. I understand things going up in price but £5.60 my opinion rip off

I used to get cheeseburger with fries from here on regular basis - prices are going up drastically and portion sizes are going down. £7.90 for half pounder is simply crazy for me. This time last year it was £4.20. Unfortunately my salary increase percentage does not match your price increase percentage to be able to pay for your takeaway. Also, why anyone would like to pay more for less? At least keep portion size nice... Customers see the difference. It's just Bolsover, not London...

Absolutely shocking!!! Ordered 3 half pounder chicken burgers with salad and sauce,all 3 came but quarter pounders and no salad. Also medium Donna meat pizza! Only to be dry cold and a few pieces of meat on. The chicken was dry over cooked and also freezing. To finish this of it taken over 1hr30 minutes to arrive and cost £48??

Food was cold and unappetising.The portion sizes (chips) was uneven with one having twice as many chips as the other.Overall very disappointing indeed!
Absolutely appalling!! Food has really gone down hill! Burnt pizzas, wrong order sent, and hardly any sauce to pizza making it very dry and tasteless Yet prices have shot up! Will not be ordering again. Very rude when you ring up to complain!

Ordered a large lamb shish kebab on a nann bread with a tray of donner meat! I got 8 VERY small, Burnt/crozzled bits of what Should have been lamb, (that my dog wouldn't even eat) on what was no where near a nann bread? it was more like a burnt tortilla wrap, which was so over cooked it literally just crumbled like a cracker, a very small portion of "ok" donner meat for.. £20?!! ??Absutely DISGUSTED..*Please do not waste your money and order from this place!! If there was a minus review, this place would get it!... Never Again!
