We popped into the Coffee Cup for a coffee prior to visiting the castle on a miserable rainy day. It turned out to be a homely, very friendly place. The coffee turned into a full English for all four of us, which we enjoyed thoroughly. Good tea and coffee. Reasonable prices. The lady who served us was exceptional. We weren't planning to stop here for food but very glad we did. Excellent friendly service, tasty food and a delicious selection of cakes. Clearly popular with the locals and I can definitely see why.
