Worst experience I’ve had at Starbucks.Looks great with the refurb but the staff today one of them was Sommer. Left me waiting. Give me the wrong drink then refused to give me a card refund knowing she give me the wrong drink. Her attitude stinks. Won’t be coming back here and I’m emailing Starbucks about this experience here.

Just stopped in for a coffee and to kill a bit of time. Friendly staff and efficient service with good coffee. Nothing outstanding but served the purpose of our stop perfectly.

3 times this week iv been late for work because of waiting times the drive through has been taking 20 to 25 mins to get a coffee they have got my order wrong twice please sort your staff out

Called in here when the car broke down as it was the closest. Just had drinks, hot chocolate and latte. The drinks was nice but just a little on the expensive side, the staff was nice and friendly. It was an evening so it was nice and quiet and not all that busy.

The food was OK £5 for a dragon fruit squash was steep, server didn't listen properly to my order and completed it with water instead of lemonade. Smore muffins where a let down, we expected melted marshmallow in the middle but were left with a solid muffin. Meh!
