Very convenient Starbucks and exactly what you'd expect from the chain. Coffee spot-on as usual; I prefer an iced caramel macchiato. Lots of seating. Decent amount of parking available.

Counter staff shouting at customer who asked if you do salted caramel. Not the customer service experience I am used to. The shop wasn't busy as it was a Sunday. Was going to sit in but the atmosphere was off because of the staff at point of order. Felt sorry for the other person making the drinks.

Just been to the drive thru and ordered an iced latte. received the drink and continued on our journey and when i tried the drink I noticed it tasted different. it smelt almost gone off and just tasted bad. I looked at the sticker and it turns out they had made my drink with oat milk. I had never asked for oat milk. Might sound silly but I had been looking forward to going to starbucks and completely ruined my experience when i receive the wrong order which I didn’t like at all. Was too late to turn round and change it but just very annoyed they can’t get a drink right. Imagine someone had an allergy. Really disappointed and upset.

This is one of my favourite Starbucks as it's nice and spacious inside with plenty of light, and I can park my motorbike right outside the window and admire it with an extra hot oat milk vanilla latte. Ahhh. The only negative is that service does generally appear to be slow.

Discovered after many years of going that you get free refills on filter coffee... Extra star for that! The staff are always friendly too.

I’ve been a few times now and at first it was good but now you’re waiting a minimum of 10 minutes in the drive through. No one seems to quite know what they’re doing. Retraining needed and customer service. I was told it was a 5 minute wait on my recent visit for my hit chocolate. I had been waiting behind the person in from for 10 minutes.
