I came here just for a quick refreshing drink on a warm day in Newark, and the drink was gorgeous. I got an iced chai tea latte.. Just tasted amazing! Also, the service is very quick but still quality, exactly what you want. I've been here a few times, and it seems to be the same. If staff were to actually serve instead of chatting behind counter, drinks would be served quicker, Wednesday 21st at 14.20 was not a queue at counter infact I was waiting to be served the overall experience for 2 drinks ( 2 lattes) took 10 mins and there was one person before me waiting for theory drink to be madeI get you want to chat, etc, which is good, but getting the customers in and out in the shortest time is also...read full review

Brilliant and courteous staff who have just dealt with some unruly and abusive young ‘children’ using obscene language and sitting on tables. Very professional staff who deal with such things in a brilliant manner - all credit to all the Starbucks Newark Market place staff who always offer excellent customer service…! Great place for a relaxing coffee…???
