First time coming here yesterday and was really happy with the overall experience! Was served by a lovely lady called Sav and she was very helpful and really lovely! The salad bar was the best open salad bar we had had, the food was beautiful and everything was really nice. We had a really great experience here and was our first time visiting. Staff were really friendly we were served by a lady called Sav and she was very helpful. The salad bar was beautiful best open salad bar we have had. The food was by far the best from a Harvester we had had. We will definitely be returning with others to share the experience!

Dreadful meal. Half a sparrow, very dry, a small portion of fries and dry corn on cob. They forgot the salad option. Poor quality food. Expected much better from a long established company.

Booked a table it wasn't busy. We was sat 50 mins without anyone coming to ask if we wanted to order drinks. Over an hour before even getting salad bowls and asked what food we would like. We had to go and ask if we was getting served. People came in after us had drinks starters and mains before we even had drinks. Absolutely shocking service.Did have breakfast with santa booked for the kids... Not now can't even run on a normal day sufficiently never mind on one of the busiest days

Think a little short staffed when we first got here (5.30pm on a Friday), but by the time we were ready to order (Served by James.W), everything was quick and efficient. Lovely staff, James was attentive and very patient with our toddler. Easy go to venue for an easy family Friday tea.
