The staff was very rude. Had no interest in taking order. Ordered Chicken Rice box and Peri Peri chicken strip. The rice box had no flavour whatsoever and tasteless. The Peri Peri strip was okay.I wouldn't recommend.
Great ambience, friendly staff and food was a delight. Always enjoyed Chilli Flames fresh food that tastes good and so many options!Kid-friendliness: Lavatories available, large tables for families, large menu options for kids that like to eat a little more than kids portion.Parking: We parking on the street across the road which is free after 6pm, however I'm sure day time parking would be available close by.

I came here about 2 years ago when I came to buy a car from Derby. I was really impressed that time. I came back to Derby to buy another car so I thought we'll go Chilli flames to eat. I was quite supprised at how dry the chicken was in the burger. We bought 4 burgers and they were all the same. There wasn't enough marinade on the chicken and the chilli sauce just wasn't enough to make it juicy. They need to fix up and go back to how it was 2 years ago
