Since the move the service can be good or bad. The way the phone is answered is appaling and I have put the phone down after giving my address 5 times. When an order is done correctly its perfect. When it s bad its alful. If you get the young female blonde on the phone or in shop your more likely thats things will go well. The men seem oblivious to customers and will let wheelchairs users struggle to get in. Needs better manageme.t
Ate a pizza there and enjoyed it throughly. However, the staff appear to make up prices as they go along. Ordered a small pizza and got a price; when I came to collect pay for the pizza the price increased significantly. I was collecting from store. I Complained and the manager came out and charged me less - which was nice. And he claimed he could not see the price on the system that I'd been quoted.

Huge order all ready on time, and all correct too! Staff were friendly, helpful and polite! Would definitely recommend coming here, we were only visiting nearby at Donnington racetrack but if we are ever in the area again for similar we will use them again! Thanks again guys you made the team very happy! Also I feel this meal definitely helped Luke Herbert win the championship!
