Went in on a Sunday and the friendly fast service I got was top notch. The lady that served me not sure her name belove it begins with a J. Was just amazing.The choice of food available was a nice mix and they had a good selection of drinks.They did have a sit down area. But this food had to be taken home to enjoy today.
Food arrived in a reasonable time. Was very hot. I always order the same thing. Last order came incorrect. Decided to order again. Oxtail was ok. Dumplings were nice but the rice and peas, Iāve never had them come so bad. They tasted like a whole tub of pepper had been poured in. No other taste. Not able to eat it at all. Waste of money which is sad because I donāt think Iāll ever order again !

I believe this place has now closed down but I just wanted to leave a review for my past experiences. This is the ONLY Jamaican takeaway in 15 miles that does Vegan Curried āmuttonā. The best dish Iāve ever had and was so happy to be able to have ācurried muttonā again after turning vegetarian. I really hope these doors open up again soon as I have missed and been craving Dunns River at least once a week
