The newest KFC in Derby so they're still learning the ropes. Service is great, food is OK. Love the fact there is a huge Asda car park to use which makes it so much easier than the one off Osmaston Road.
Been to this 3 times now , service tbh is below standard . First time they had run out of chicken on the night , after queuing in the one way system you had to wait for all vehicles in front to go before getting out . ( no other option ) you stuck with cars in front and behind . Total time there 45 minutes to get nothing . 2nd time , served at the drive thru , nothing to wipe hands on , most places provide a napkin or clean wipe on take away items . Came around after 1pm on Sunday. Service was quick from ordering and receiving my food all within 5 minutes. Tables was cleanedToilets was very messy and the handle of the door was very stickyNot really the best but everything else was perfect
