I was looking for somewhere interesting for my husbands birthday that had good Gluten Free options. And what an amazing place Lorentes is. The atmosphere is very Spanish and the food and drink is very authentic and excellent quality. My husband tried all sorts of things he had never had before and loved it all. Great food as always but a bit disappointed because the chorizo with honey wasn't real chorizo and it was just sausage... That was a disappointed because this is my favourite place for dining in Derby and I brought a friend for the first time here... Everything else was spot on...

We were running late to our reservation and Dan was really accommodating- the service was absolutely excellent and he is a real credit to the business. I want to thank Dan and his superb team, food was great. Little hidden gem.
