What a shame - the food here is actually tasty (although portion size is too large imo). The service however is so poor I will never visit again. Following an input error ( on their part ) I was incorrectly charged to the tune of £1. The extremely disrespectful woman serving demanded payment of the £1 and with no apology for their mistake talked herself out of any future business from me or my family.Please invest in some customer service training for staff . I definitely think it's the best fish and chips in mickleover. Doner is excellent, portion size is generous.\\nTandoori chicken not as expected very bland .I didn't get the taste of masala. Can be improved with some extra spice, tangyness\\nParking can sometimes be an issue.\\nChilli sauce definitely needs to be rethought off.
