Good food and service.Booked for Sunday lunch so had table reserved but I think there were a few walk-ins who were accommodated. Very popular with dog owners and most were well behaved on the whole.Recommend the roast and their Yorkshire pudding was probably best I'd had eating out.Parking: Car park at rear but fills up quickly.

Always a pleasure never a chore to visit. Fabulous food, clearly freshly cooked. Lovely lounge and atmosphere. If you're undecided as to whether to visit, you won't regret it. Get yoursens there.

Just had a very strange dining experience. Was really impressed when we arrived. A very warm welcome and very happy with the table. All looking good.So I ordered the crispy beef teriyaki. Really good sized portion and so tasty. I was slightly concerned that if this was the starter how big would my main be. I shouldn't have. It was really small. 1 very small fillet of sea bass for nearly £30. Don't get me wrong it was really good but it was far too small. And then my little one asked for a taste I gave her a fork full which was a quarter of my fish.So I order desert. Raspberry savarin. The savarin hadn't been soaked so was really dry and heavy.Bill came and my 2 large glassed of Rosé came to just short of £40. I clearly didn't check that properly. So it started out with much optimism and just slid away.

We booked the room upstairs for my mums 50th, the service was great, the room was fab for what we wanted. Food was beautiful, everyone was so thrilled with their food that we talked about it majority of our time there, everyone was trying each others meals. And the dessert.. wow! Brilliant, would definitely go back. Thank you!Parking: Parking on site.

I tried to book this place a few weeks ago but their website was down. I contacted them but no one came back to me. I probably should have trusted my gut because now my guts are suffering. Not only was the customer service questionable (& by the way they make you pay for that as mandatory!) but the food was delivered quicker than my microwave pings. Whilst you could say that is a good experience, the amount of oil on my food was creating a separate gravy of its own. The drinks finally arrived to drown the taste away but the food is definitely not worth the money. Shame, as has such potential. The place was pretty empty although they’re very strict on where you can sit too. I wouldn’t normally leave a review, so please note this was for valid reasons.

Best food you’ll find around Sheffield and chesterfield, luckily we have had the chance to eat in lots off good restaurants and gastro pubs and by far is this the best meal on meal gets better every time. Top quality and brilliant staff ?

Just returned from a birthday meal.Bit of both meal, the pork was cold and I hardly had any gravy compared to the other plates on our table, I asked for extra gravy and was supplied with some, only to find there was a £2 charge.Other than the lack of gravy and cold pork, the rest of the food was very nice.
