Absolutely disgusted with the food and service from this place our order on Saturday night was 40 mins late half of the order missing and what did arive was cold and un enable after being told on Saturday to call back when the manager was in for a refund, just called them only to be told they will not be offering a refund and told to never order from them again,what a shambles stick your refund n sort your attitude out

Ordered through Just Eat, delivery time was decent however the chicken was soaked in grease and far to soggy to eat, chips were cold , wrap was cold and hard and £5 drink was missing, after leaving a review a member of staff phone me on a personal phone number saying the boss asked her to contact me to find out the issue , she continued to persuade me to remove my review as “i’m the only one to leave a 3 star review tonight” with a rude attitude and kept emphasising how i’m in the only one to leave a low review and what can they do “right now” for me to remove the review, i never complain about food orders but when i spent the amount i did and had to bin it as it was not eatable, i was not impressed especially with contacting me to remove my review in a rude attitude…

Told me it would be ready for 9:10, they only just put the chips 5 minutes after o arrived despite there being 5 of them sat around. A woman was sat with her feet on the side where a girl then proceeded to pack my food ? The chicken was cold and this morning both me and my partner have got extremely upset stomachs !!
