“Food here is really good,but twice now when we've been in, someone has ordered a roast dinner around 1.15 pm,and both times the chef has clearly been heard saying FFS ,I've just put stuff away,not professional at all,it's a shame,as the food is good”

“Found this place while antique shopping next door... What a lovely surprise. Wonderful atmosphere, felt like we were having lunch at a friend's house. The service was so homely and comforting and the food was delicious. The bacon sarnie was beyond good. Would highly recommend.”

The order arrived perfectly. I wanted to say thank you to Riven who left a hand written note on the order and took the initiative to substitute an out of stock item. It might be not be a huge deal, but it showed to me great care and thought being put in and things like that deserve recognition because I bet I'm not the only customer to have had a good experience from Riven.

“Fantastic little Cafe. After a new management and staff change the atmosphere has been lifted. Always get served with a smile and the quality of food is bang on. Highly recommend”
“Visited on Sunday afternoon with my friend and her dog, extremely dog friendly, we sat in the shade on the lovely terrace area, food was tasty. I even recommended it to another friend who visited today with her mum. She was very happy it is wheelchair friendly as her mum struggles to walk too far.”
