Reall nice old school cafe - excellent cooked breakfast at reasonable price, I wish it had been lunchtime so i could have tried the home made pies, friendly service, coffee not the best but apart from that, great place!
It's a good old fashioned cafe with great staff. I had a breakfast and I was delighted with not only the food but the service.Well done to the staff.Kid-friendliness: They're great with the kids.

Go in there 2 or 3 times a week and I have the same a sausage and bacon cob and a sausage bacon and egg cob and every time it's perfect bacon is nice and thick sausage are nice no fat on them cobs are nice and fresh and when I say this it's not in a bad way but it's a good old old fashion cafe clean bright warming will carry on going there best cafe in ilkeston
