Good traditional cafe. Perfect breakfast, lovely friendly staff. First visit and made to feel welcome. Fantastic value for money. Would definitely returnKid-friendliness: Really friendly and accommodating. I would say there's probably not a lot of space if you needed to take a pushchair but staff were lovely to toddler and we were made to feel cared for and welcomed.

Go in there 2 or 3 times a week and I have the same a sausage and bacon cob and a sausage bacon and egg cob and every time it's perfect bacon is nice and thick sausage are nice no fat on them cobs are nice and fresh and when I say this it's not in a bad way but it's a good old old fashion cafe clean bright warming will carry on going there best cafe in ilkeston

Reall nice old school cafe - excellent cooked breakfast at reasonable price, I wish it had been lunchtime so i could have tried the home made pies, friendly service, coffee not the best but apart from that, great place!
