Deliveroo order placed at 9.50. 4 pieces of chicken and chips..25mins to deliver which was good but sadly food wasn't great..chips were cold and the 4 pieces of chicken chosen were pretty gnarly end of the day bits...dry ..no chicken legs no breast meat really crummy.thrown half of it in the bin.
went here for a nice meal whilst I was in the area and had no idea what to have as never been to a KFC but a kind member of staff called Sam Langton helped me out and even brought my food to me which was very nice and kind of him.

Ordered through the app, waited 45 minutes didn't get an email to come through so was essentially told to cancel the payment when it goes through. Feel bad for the staff as they are overworked but appalled bu the app and the discommunication . Sadly not gonna return
