Terrible service and attitude on several occasions from the male staff member. I accidentally touched the plastic food guard when ordering and practicing got told off for touching it. This isn't the first time this staff member has been rude. I don't know how he has held down a job in customer service for so long!

Terrible service! My son who can’t communicate due to his disability pointed at the glass cabinet and a staff member rudely pointed his pen at my sons finger and said ‘don’t do that’He should have communicated to myself (the adult) then talking directly to a child!

My Mum & Dad have visited this Cafe for years, Mum passed away a year ago so my Dad walks the dog on his own now and every day, goes to this Cafe. They couldn’t be more welcoming or accommodating. Chris & staff are always friendly & polite & can’t do enough for people.

I don't think customer facing is this guys strength as I've witnessed him in action before when someone in the ice cream queue dared to try and pay with a £20 note. This time though, he turned his sights on a child.... There was a group of us waiting outside trying to work out what to order and my 9 year old was complaining that they were thirsty. Ok, so in hindsight I can see this was a bad idea given what we are dealing with here, but I asked him to just see if he could get a glass of tap water for now. Well, my advice is - don't do this. He came out really shaken.. apparently no, of course we can't just give away free tap water - you need to buy something, and if you don't have any money then you need to get out. Not a nice way of getting your point across. It goes without saying but, we haven't been back since. He still talks about "the horrible man" today but I've explained this isn't normal behaviour.

Nice Cafe now it's finally open. Friendly staff and good choice of hold and cold drinks. Good range of snacks too for the kids. Basic seating inside/outside but with the Cafe being in the middle of the park you can grab a snack and sit in the park!

Nice little cafe next to kids play ground. Toilet block and changing rooms. Coffee not bad either.

It was a surprise to find this cafe open as a takeaway only. Apparently it's Saturday and Sunday at the moment - "as long as the weather is OK" We had a couple of drinks which were fine. We also saw cakes for sale.
