The service was friendly. I was treated very well, as I had just arrived from a muddy campsite and was not really dressed for a Saturday night. Food was lovely and reasonably priced. Thank you.
Camping nearby, we spotted this pub on a walk and after having a sharer on the first visit (as well as some ale) we decided to book for day after and the food and service was beyond expectation for a chain pub. Cauliflower wings are by far the GOAT. Ask for the specials menu, I had lamb and it was spot on.
