Took my daughter here for her 21st as we just let her choose where she wanted to go and we would pay. All I can say from start to finish the evening was brilliant. I normally wouldn't choose Italian food myself as normally I'm more a Chinese food but it was her choice and it really was brilliant. The food was excellent and plentiful as for the service it was fantastic we all really enjoyed it and will definitely return again in the near future. I just wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you for making our evening a great one \\u0026 more importantly making my daughters 21st even more special.

Gift voucher from buy a gift allowed a 3 course meal from a set menu and a glass of wine. Excellent choice of set menu. Great food. Decent portion size with friendly \\u0026 prompt service. Lovely atmosphere. Very clean and spacious with nice facilities. Parking a bonus too. Would definitely return.

We received our starters before our drinks so not a great start. The lady sat at the next table had her coat on while eating her meal, I soon understood why.. it was really quite chilly where we were sat and I kept my scarf on most of the time we were there . Mains were nice and tasty we had a chicken burger and lasagne. There was a little confusion over the bill as I had my tesco club card vouchers to use but the manager came over to sort out and gave me a voucher for the next time we visit which I thought was nice. But I'll wear a jumper next time I go ?

Experienced another enjoyable evening and meal at Prezzo Swadlincote.\\nWe've been here at least a half dozen times choosing to use our Tesco Clubcard vouchers which triple up to turn £10 of vouchers into £30 to use against a meal here... you can't go wrong...\\nWithout vouchers, expect to pay around £20 per head for a two course and £27 for a 3 course plus your drinks.\\nI never struggle to find several meal options to choose from the menu and haven't been disappointed with my choices so far.\\nThe staff are friendly, attentive and seem intuitive enough to know when it's appropriate to engage in conversation or leave you in peace.\\nThe meatball starter is always a delicious choice but I went for crispy mozzarella with a spicy caprese ketchup this time. The presentation wasn't anything special but was still a very nice sized starter with the caprese ketchup giving it a little kick.\\nThe main courses were Oak Smoked Salmon Penne and Tre Carni Calzone, the Penne being the lighter of the two meals. The Calzone is very nicely presented with a dressed side salad and a sauce boat filled with a tomato sauce.\\nAs ever with a Calzone the ends have little or no filling (this is where the sauce boat comes in) and you slowly work to the centre where the main event lies. Full of flavour and very tasty I'd happily have this meal every time.\\nI only got to try a fork full of the salmon dish but that might be my choice on the next visit ?\\nWith ample free parking outside, the restaurant itself looks clean, classy with several different seating style areas catering for family groups or intimate couples.\\nIt also has a gallery seating area where you can overlook the downstairs and bar area if you like a little bit of people watching with your conversation and meal.\\nVery impressed, I can see why it was one of the restaurants that survived the Prezzo cull before and during lockdown and will be back for more in the near future.

Our family love this restaurant. We've been several times and it's always first class. Food always tasty and well cooked and the staff always polite even through covid. Well done

Very fast service. I ordered when I sat down and less than 10 mins later my food was brought out. Very nice atmosphere and service. No complaints whatsoever, although it is pricey for what the food is. Ok for a one off though.

Excellent and safe experience. The greeter very clearly explained the COVID procedures when we arrived and these were adhered to by all diners.\\nVery impressed with all of the food we ordered. 10/10 for meatball starters, Lasagne, Salmon Penne pasta and Chocolate Fudge cake. My wife said it was the best Fudge cake she had ever tasted. The service provided by Callum was first class, he was so efficient, accommodating and friendly.\\nVery clean Restaurant.

As a food chain you won’t expect a lot from it.. ordered vegan pepperoni pizza and it was uneatable.. starters were also very plain. The service was good depending upon who was serving you because some of them were happy to help but some of them greeted us with zero attention and even dragged a bin trough a dining room! Dessert was ok, had raspberry sorbet and my partner had fudge with ice cream (photo) cuestionable ? ! Would not mind to come back!

Lovely branch of Prezzo. Really enjoyed my oven baked pasta bake and pudding. Even better it didn't cost me a penny because I used my Tesco clubcard points 😄

Food was tasty and hot, but the portions were not very ‘Italian’ with us wanting for more with a final bill, that didn’t match what we had ordered. The staff looked like they were dressed as if they were going to the cinema and acted like they wanted to be somewhere else, instead of serving customers, which isn’t very Italian at all. Overall, we had fun, but there is better out there. 3/5 I’m afraid

Booked using a Buyagift voucher. We were supposed to get a bottle of wine with the meal. They only offered us 1 glass of wine. Staff gave us the summer fixed menu valued at £30 to select our food from NOT the Buy a gift menu valued at £50 we paid for. When the correct menu was given we found most items on the menu carried a surcharge if you wanted meat in any dishes. Staff very unhelpful we did not stay to eat and will be complaining to Buyagift. A birthday gift spoilt. Would advise other users to avoid Prezzo

I don't know what's happening, but in the last time when I order pizza for take away. This is what I receive. Good taste but only in middle. It's hard to found mozzarella in this pizza. The sauce probably it's to expensive . For a 14£ pizza. It's not worth.
