All the usual refinements and value for money offers, this particular wetherspoon outlet is set nicely on the market square in swadlincote.

Great staff with a warming feeling too the pub . Good food with a small waiting time from ordering to eating ! A lot of new faces behind the bar and sorry that waiting to get served has gone from good to bad ? could be staff need more training ? Mixed experiences from visit to visit but still a good pub. Alot of different staff turn over now but still a very popular pub with great food n drinks . Service is getting better and the food as good as always , pity the prices are going up again soon " God help the pub industry because no political party wants to unless you're here illegally and that's for a different review " cleaning tables of used plates and glasses is a problem that needs to be addressed. Definitely getting there with set problems now ?

I've been here a few times over the years. I love this place. The staff and customers are always welcome and friendly, I love the food and drink plus the offers you get. It's always cheap and cheerful. I have never waited long for my food or drinks. You are never left waiting long, and you will continue to carry on eating and drinking here. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it's not the pub itself, it is because you are not allowed to sit outside with your dogs at any wetherspoons pub. Which is a shame, especially in the summertime in the sunshine.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheel chair access from the car park at the bus station, which is at the back of the restaurant. There is no steps. There is a disabled toilet downstairs.

Service and food are quite decent but the locals are really terrible! Arguing and starting fights over a chair/table and spreading false accusations to other people in order to start a fight. By far the worst Whetherspoons I have ever visited. Never going

Wetherspoons remains true to itself—the food is as expected, yet the drinks are notably more affordable compared to other spots. The atmosphere exudes the classic charm of a proper British pub, creating a comforting and familiar environment for visitors.
