Always a great place to visit, plenty of space and a nice conservatory style 'eating' area. Always a great atmosphere with the locals from around the Swadlincote area. Plenty of new and varied real ales at great prices, along with a large selection of other draught and bottled drinks available. Plenty of of well cooked food options with daily specials. Friendly staff
The food and general area were pleasant, sat with a large group and accommodated well. Staff were nice, however night was ruined and cut short early due to one member of staff with red dyed hair and glasses being overly aggressive each time she came to the table. After one member of the group gave a light toss to a tray to move it to an empty table she shouted at the group for supposedly “throwing things around” and cut off the rest of the drinks for the night. Needs up grade needs music and more tvs it's a boreing place to go and the food is not good sorry spoons you try your best .Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to go straight in and got disabled toilet but does get very dirty with so many people who are not disabled go in .
