Our visit was our first and we throughly enjoyed it. The staff were friendly, informative and attentive without being intrusive. The menu was a delight and we all found it difficult to make our choices. We all had different starters and mains, thus were able to sample the range of flavours and cuisine. None of the dishes disappointed. We would happily return.

We visited woolsery we go quite often to stay at my parents bungalowThis time we were stranded as our truck was broken down we had no way of getting food at the weekend and no way of getting anywhere to eat . We popped into the farmers arms and tried to book a table to grab some fish and chips but they were fully booked after hearing our story a lovely girl who was the manager sympathised and said she was not going to let us go away not being fed. She arranged for us to sit upstairs privately and went out her way to arrange for us to have nibbles a starter and share a roast even though they were fully booked ! Well the amount they plated up for us to share was plenty included a small starter platter a roast with pork beef vegetables 2 Yorkshire puddings and lovely potatoes and gravy , very tasty and a lovely pudding ! I cannot thank the manager enough she went above and beyond !!! ItReally did cheer our weekend up and we felt that it really did make what was a bad weekend into a good one and at least we had a nice cooked meal ! Thank you so much to the farmers arms oh and the food was so tasty !!!!! Thank you so much !!!!!!

This was a treat for my Birthday and I have never enjoyed a meal more! Relaxed and friendly service, excellent food... what more could you ask for. I can't wait to visit again.

We visited here with our four year old daughter. The food was up market, but had a lovely welcoming atmosphere and a kids menu which was brilliant.All the food was fantastic, and the staff were attentive and observant.Would definitely recommend to anyone to visit here for great food

Delicious and inventive food - the winter set menu {2 choices per course) is a great bargain. Excellent service. The enormous animal heads on the wall might not be to everyone's taste. Concentrate on the great food!Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options at the same level of creativity as the meat/fish.

Lovely atmosphere. Great service. Most of the food was excellent but the Sunday lunch main needed to be a bit hotter.
We had a lovely evening. I would defiantly recommend.

Another great meal the kitchen are getting some great dishes out, a little bit annoyed with the service this time as we were given the bill without asking for it At 930pm although they did ask if we wanted anything else we were happy to sit and chat for a bit without drinks as we were driving back a bit away, the waitress then brought over the card terminal and took payment, and apologised for us waiting for payment to be taken lol I should of said something really but makes things awkward
