After a long walk and, finding ourselves stranded one hot Monday afternoon outside the Coach and Horses, with no buses back for 3 hours and little chance of arranging a taxi we were “rescued” by Tina, who came to our aid. Not only did she arrange for a local taxi contact of hers to pick us up to go back to Clovelly but, despite the fact the pub was closed on Mondays, she opened the bar especially for us to have some refreshment before being picked up. booked in on Thursday 6th July 2023,we were greeted by early entry and a great lady, who went out of her way to help us and the room was faultless. I did not have to carry case, etc upstairs and taxi was laid on, car repaired and we went to enjoy ourselves. the cost was excellent and close to the coast and Bideford and Barnstable close by. One of the best i have ever stayed in.thankyou Tina for your great hospitality
