Had a half-hour to spend in Chudleigh and popped in for a flat white (delicious) and a huuuuuge slice of carrot cake - possibly the best carrot cake I've eaten - light, fluffy and carroty with a generous slathering of sumptuous icing. We found this gorgeous cafe on the way home from a short break to Finlake Holiday Park. Mixed reviews here, but I can tell you this, they all made us feel very welcome - especially Snoopy and Bess!Food is exceptional and cooked to order - fantastic breakfast especially the black pudding for me! They have a lovely spaniel whom made our dogs welcome and came and sat with us whilst we ate.
