“The New Inn used to be my ‘local’ over 40 years ago. We were staying for a week in Dorset and decided to tag on a couple of days. The room was cosy and a very comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent and was a good start for the day. The owners were very hospitable and friendly. On the last night we met with school friends and their partners at the inn. Excellent dinner and good value. Lots of stories from school days. A really good visit - Thank you.”

“It's nice little boozer with some local cask Ales. Ales are good but could be better. Landlord is very polite and accommodating. Very impressive whisky selection too. Had 16 year old Fettercairn 2022 and it was great.”
