Had a delicious lunch here with my sister and brother in law at the weekend.Having read the reviews, I booked a table.All the staff were friendly. There is a good range of drinks and the food was excellent.We started with chicken strips and calamari, both piping hot and melt in the mouth.For mains, we had lasagne, fish pie, and pie of the day. All delicious, hot, and good-sized portions. Very reasonably priced, too.
We had a lovely lunch. My wife had the tuna baguette and I had bacon and cheddar baguette. Both came with chips which were lovely and crunchy. Generous portions but couldn't eat it all because we were both full. Nice atmosphere and not too expensive and would definitely go back again.

Great social pub and good food well priced love it.Vegetarian options: If your veggie just let them know when you book for Sunday lunch my daughter inlaw is veggie she said it was delish
