I engaged in some herbal tomfoolery then ordered from this fine establishment the food came quickly like me and I must say its was quite yummy 10/10 would eat againKid-friendliness: I don't have kids but it's probably cool for kids

Made an order for delivery of 2 Donna kebabs, arrived and the meat were as hard as a London brick!! Phoned them up, they tried denying it was hard and said the meat is no different, they said “we will send out a fresh order” 2nd order arrived and again was hard meat, dry as a bone (enough to choke on it)Meat was cut too thin and way over cooked. Ended up abandoning the food and making sandwiches.Avoid at all costs, spend your well earned money on something worthy.

Ordered for delivery, when arrived the kabab meat was really hard, rang the shop and explained that we was unhappy with the kababs that we received. They then offered to deliver fresh which was fine. But When they did, the kababs that we received the second time was still really hard again. Unmanaged to eat as it was awful.

Would give no stars if I could. Placed an order online but rang to cancel within 2 minutes as voucher hadn't been accepted, chef refused to cancel and refund , told me to contact FOODHUB which I did. Thankfully with their intervention my order was cancelled and a refund has been processed. ( Chef refused this on 4 occasions at my request) The chef was not interested in any kind of communication, he's just a bully and a thief, he even rang me 4 times to tell me I was BANNED from ordering from them again. I had issues with my last order but prior to this had no issues. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE AND GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. FOODHUB please ban them from your website

I made on order for delivery, however I had a portion of large chips missing. All other items ordered were present (3 kebabs and a regular chips).When I called to ask, a young girl was very polite on the phone, however the chef in the background was rude and insisted that I had recieved the food. I was informed they had to wait for the manager to return before a decision would be made if we recieved our chips or not.I then had a phone call and was informed that there had been a mistake with some orders and that to get my chips I needed to give them a lamb kebab as somebody else was missing this - we never recieved a lamb kebab. Again, in the background when the young girl informed the manager that we did not recieve a lamb kebeb, he started to laugh, insisting I was lying.This is completely inappropriate and rude, and not a way to run a business.I would like to state that the food we did order and recieve was nice, however the lack of customer service is completely unacceptable.
This is the worst take away in Cullompton. The 2 guys who manage it are jacked up on steroids seen steroid needles behind the counter and they are just vile when speaking to you the food is way over priced greasy and disgusting.. I'd rather walk past on the other side of the road because this place is disgusting

Charcoal grill was great up until tonight where I ordered two lots of 'extra cheese' on the website to go ontop of my nuggets and was given just a thin slice of cheese ontop! This is ridiculous, who puts a slice of cheese on nuggets and chips. Very disappointed- what a way to ruin my new years eve!! Waste of my money!!!

Juicy and tasty chicken shish, I had the wrap option but you can choose pitta. A lot better food than the building might lead you to believe. Could do with a lick of paint ? I'll be back for another when I'm passing through
