We had a most wonderful time in the Pony and trap. We were recommended to go there as it would be your proper English pub! And it turned out to be just that. Proper ales, ciders and your butters poured by a most genuine pub patron. We enjoyed it very much ?
I have been to this pub quite a few times, fantastic landlords, lovely pub , friendly locals,Great food, lovely Garden. Great beer..wouldRecommend this pub to everybody. There is notAlot of these pubs left, everybody should support these sort of pubs, before we lose them.Hope to visit this pub in May.Jim Keenan

Great beer......what else is there to say!!!!!? And also the beer ......I love it.Busy pub, great selection of real ale, cider and crisps.The beer is well kept and it changes from time to time so I get to try out different real ales.
