I've had lots of meals from these in the past however the last 2 times have been so different. Virtually cold when we received them and the quality was very poor.From being a loyal customer to someone who will never buy them them again.It's a shame as they have been good in the past.

Helpful , friendly and knowledgeable staff. Don't usually like Chinese that much. This definitely took it to another level in terms of quality and value for money.Impressed at flavour, fresh tasting, 30 minutes to wait. Nice area at the front with a comfortable seat. Seemed to be a few local people coming in for their usual which is a good sign ?.Got the order correct, free prawn crackers were good too.I think you can eat in too, although haven't tried this option as yet.

Went to the Golden Lion to get a Chinese takeaway for a birthday party, should have ordered over the phone but placed order when we got there. Half hour wait for order to be completed but food was excellent.

Normally had lovely Chinese from here but last night it was disappointing. The Prawn Toast tasted like it had cheese in it, they have never been like that before. I did message them of my thoughts & was given £6 credit off my next order. I think it will be a while before I order from there again.
Lovely service but need to be more careful with contamination. Ordered a pork dish but when received it also contained prawns which it wasnt supposes to.
