What a lovely place! Conveniently just off junction 27 M5 so great little stop off place!We had an excellent welcome from Sue and the staff! The service was excellent as was the food. We will definitely be going back!

The scampi and chips was gorgeous but the side salad was a bit brown. Make sure you ask at the bar when ordering food for them to refund the car park as they won't afterwards. Service was very good. Prices good too. Would go back again.Parking: Paid parking but refunded when buying food.

Service was great, two ladies who served us were lovely and checked on us and our food through the meal.Food was average though. We had two classic chicken burgers and they were just ok. It was a bun, some lettuce and a slightly over fried chicken burger. Only sauce was in a separate pot - so no sauces in the burger or onions, cheese, gherkins or other veg. Very average. Chips were good. Our friends shared large nachos and they seemed to enjoy it.There was a weird smell of sewage in the entrance and leaving wasn’t pleasant as workmen were stood by the door smoking.Parking: Weird you have to pay for parking but they do take the cost off your final bill.

I have been several times to the Waterloo Cross and each time it has been a great experience! The food is wonderful and the service is always extremely helpful and polite! I brought my mother here for Mothers day and the service provided by Rio and Sue was wonderful!I will definitely be back again!

We spent a lovely couple of hours at Waterloo Cross on Mother's Day. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Sue, our server, was very lovely. The service was great and very quick and efficient. The food was excellent, lovely roast beef.

This place is lovely pub! and the people in it are super kind! We have been coming here for years now, and our thoughts have never changed. Came here for Mother’s Day and Christmas and had a wonderful meal. Tracy is super efficient as all ways.
Lovely food with very attentive staff. The pub was nice and clean with staff clearing tables promptly when customers had left. The pub has been rearranged since I last invited but I liked the change in decor. It was a lovely experience on Mother’s Day. Thank you Sue and Rio for a great meal.
