We live locally in Tiverton but have not used this facility very often previously. Went here for lunch last Thursday, we ordered a sirloin steak and a fish & chips from the main menu. The food and service was excellent and we both finished the meal. We had a 30% off voucher which made the final price amazing. Stayed overnight and was given Room 2, access was outside on the right of the main door. The room was very nice, and we had a very comfortable night. We are a meal in the evening, that too was very good. The staff were friendly and efficient. We will definitely return.

Family Christmas lunch for 24. Very well looked after, everyone had a good time and enjoyed the food. Service was lovely. Location is excellent for family split between Exeter and Barnstaple - we will certainly consider Waterloo Cross for future family get-togethers
