My stay at this hotel nestled in the heart of Cornwall, close to the Dart, was a real breath of fresh air. As soon as I arrived, I was charmed by the warm and friendly atmosphere that reigns in this establishment. The welcome was very warm and the staff very helpful. The room, although modest, was comfortable and provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. I particularly enjoyed the proximity to the River Dart, which added a touch of tranquility and serenity to my stay. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking, providing wonderful opportunities for hiking and exploring. In addition, the cuisine offered by the hotel was delicious, highlighting local and regional products. In summary, my experience at this hotel was most enjoyable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in the heart of Cornish nature.Rooms: Beautiful and very interesting compositionNearby activities: RideSafety: Never been afraid of anythingWalkability: EasyNoteworthy details: listening to the waves and water sounds is truly an amazing activity

I would say these folks probably serve the best breakfast in Dartmouth, with a really nice ground coffee available. Best of all, you don't need to be an overnight guest to eat there. Staff always friendly.

Lovely Sunday lunch. My wife and I both had the roast beef. It was beautifully rare and bizarrely came with stuffing and pigs in blankets. The roast potatoes were light and crisp and accompanied by red cabbage, carrots and fine beans. We were also given an extra jug of gravy which was one of the best I've ever tasted.Be warned: If you're taking part in "Whamageddon", Last Christmas is on their festive playlist. You've been warned!
