Very busy ! However the service was really great. In fact I ordered the wrong thing and it was no trouble at all to them to change it last minute. Easy parking outside and a free drink with my Costa card today ! ....happy !
Mediocre expensive coffee, for a company that specialises in coffee they are poor. Always tastes watery and weak.It gives me no pleasure to leave a poor review but it's always the same, usually the only reason I have a Costa is opportunity.Food was reasonable though.

Came in with my grandma over Xmas for tea and a sandwich staff were all really nice, Usually get a take away mocha and some food always good service and one lad (can’t remember name but he will know who he is) seems to remember me and makes sure my order is always done quickly great service!Lovely
