Can't agree with the poor reviews on here. I stop here almost weekly as its on my work route. Its also on the main exit from Devon so gets extremely busy in holiday periods. Yes it can be a bit of a wait sometimes but the staff are always working as quickly as they can and I have always found them to be more polite and pleasant than at many other branches. The food is always fresh and hot too.

This is the WORST McDonalds I've visited. Every single order I've had from this place has been wrong. The place is chaotic and the staff seem to have no idea what's going on. I've had to wait up to half an hour for the food to be ready. The younger members of the team have, in my experience, been rude and incapable of doing the simple job of fulfilling an order. Sort it out McDonalds. As a regular customer I've had enough and won't be coming back.

This has to be the worst McDonalds! It is far from fast food. Whether you eat in, drive through or choose to order on app to collect, you are left waiting and waiting. And more often than not when you get your food the order is wrong. Opening times is hit and miss. We've turned up on a few occasions now and it has been shut with no explanation what so ever. The staff always look fed up. The management really need to sort this place out.

McDonald's is all about sery, they do everything so well, it all runs like a well oiled, customer focused machine I'd give their service and overall experience 20 out of 5 if I could...but the problem is their food... it's utter dog doo...but everyone just puts up with it and never speaks of it..we go because of what they do...we stay away because of how bad the food is!Convenient location, great staff, clean and well presented, plenty of parking and a very quick turnaround, no matter how busy they are... it's just a shame that McDonald's food is soooo bad!Parking: Easy to get to, easy to park.Kid-friendliness: Kids love McDonald's, they are brilliant with their advertising and marketing, it's almost aimed at children and who cares if the food is utter sh**Wheelchair accessibility: Great access

This is by far the worst McDonald's we have ever eaten at. In the seating area, I thought wow there must have been a rowdy bunch that had just left but looking around the restaurant, the whole place was filthy! Food and rubbish all over the floors in the seating areas. Behind the till there was also rubbish scattered on the floor. Looking into the kitchen, there was old food and cartons under the units. How this place has stayed open, I don't know. Have any of the staff completed a hygiene certificate as I doubt it? The food we had was terrible and really by looking at the state of the place we should not have ordered. I wished I'd had my phone as I would have taken photos.

Used the drive through. Standard McDonald's, hot food, quick service. Always found this to be the best one

Food was really nice and warm, however after we eventually got our food 30mins later after waiting outside in the bay. The service was shocking, very rude workers. My partner also went back in to get something else and everyone was worried about there conversations that serving people at the checkout which ment she waited there another 20mins for just a happy meal which was just chucked in a bag no box or toy!! Very poor service!!

Well fast food is a joke here. I waited over 15 minutes to get a takeaway. The staff weren't actually rude but only the cashier said thankyou. By the time my meal was provided the coffee I had ordered had gone cold. The person who passed me the food was not a happy bunny.

As expected. But they need to become more creative as their menu is stuck in the 80’s . They need start doing their signature burgers again. And get more creative on thier breakfast menu .

Really slow service and the collection point was posting meals ready when they were not. Not helped by the order printer not working so if you didn’t immediately look at the order screen you had no idea what your order number wadDietary restrictions: No gluten free optionsKid-friendliness: If you have kids why do the parents or guardian insist on all of them queuing at the collection point

Food is better than I have had at other McDonald’s. We tend to go through the Drive Through, and eat in the car onsite. Service is very quick, though parking is limited. Never had a bad meal here. Would recommend, no problem.

Waited 40minutes. Order was wrong. Items missing. Then when took it away it was overcooked, luke warm and no sauce in burgers where it was wanted. Order was changed and apology made by way of supposed free meal next time but no idea if handwritten note will work. Whilst I feel for understaffing and not their fault...seriously awful McDonald's!

It was a McDonald's so they are pretty standard. It was very clean and tidy but breakfast was a little slow to be served.Staff had a sense of humour as they shouted breakfast over and someone else sgouted hurray lol...We would return.

Despite being quiet only 3 or 4 tables seated, there were tables stacked up 2 or 3 trays high with rubbish because the bins were also over full and stacked high with rubbish.Service was also slow with 5 orders ready for collection and yet nothing coming out.Would have spoke to member of staff if spent any time out front.
