Beautiful food! Only reason 3stars for atmosphere it was a quiet lunch time..I've been to a Christmas do recently and we danced and danced and then also had fab food and service even though they were soo busy! But Nikki thanks for your GREAT SERVICE today ..15th Jan 1.05pm and Chef..yummy food scallops were perfect!Vegetarian options: Tasty burger !

Been down for lunch today the service was brilliant friendly always a smile on the staffs faces (Leanne) Was exceptional nothing to much problem especially when 2 of the meals we wanted to change items Always there when ready to order food or drinks food was also very tasty,hot ,cooked to perfection in my view Drinks and food very well priced Great experience will be back thanks very much Peter

Sunday Roast They have reintroduced Sunday roast now that the cold weather is coming. The pub was packed out but the landlady managed to find us a table for 2. We had the veggie option - mushroom wellington - and the roast beef. All the food was piping hot and fresh, the waiting staff were friendly and, although very busy, remained calm and composed under pressure. There is a great selection of real ales and wines.
