My wife just came home after buying sausage and chips plus chips for me, paid £9.00, what a waste of money chips were stale dry and tasteless, went straight in the bin. Will never go there again.

The large cod portions seemed small and the large chips were small compared to Bideford, Westward Ho! and Sticklepath. The fish wasn't as tasty as others we've tried. Shame ..sorry ?

Best takeaway in torrington, freshly cooked, not just for fish and chips, which is always great. I'm addicted to the beef burger, it's nice to have a takeaway burger but with proper chips! My Son's both love the southern fried chicken so I tried it too and was not disappointed.
The pieces of fish are getting smaller and smaller every time we come here now and to be honest the last cod looked like it had just come out of the freezer section at lidl. The chips portion was extremely tight this time round aswell and everything was very greasy throughout. Overall there is no consistency in this shop. Unfortunately with the rural location we are in its about the only shop within 15 mile of us so no option but to use it

Just don't go there. Multiple hairs in chips. The food that didn't have hair on was sub standard and certainly not worth the £20 I paid. Large cod was small and greasy. If I lived closer this food would of gone back. Huge disappointment.

Really upsetting, there was a confusion about our order, but I didn't have a go, just said it was wrong and got my head snapped off. Absolutely mortified. Ruined my evening. Got home and found long dark hairs in our batter so the fish wasn't even edible.

I didn't think the fish was cod and the chips were endercooked due to frying to quickly in over hot oil. Will not use again
