Recently had a Fabulous breakfast here and was Massively impressed.Lovely relaxed ambiance in the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and couldn't be any more efficient. The English breakfast was one of the best have had in a long time and was reasonably priced for what was delivered and lots of choice available,catering for all tastes and requirements. The tea/coffee was exceptional too. The lunch menu looked fabulous too.This place is something of a hidden gem but busy enough to see that it's reputation is become well established with locals. Deceptively large amount of available parking on site and a nice little farm shop with a good choice of local produce. Will definitely be back!”

“Driving through the high street this place cought our eyes. Too or surprise, also a recommendation from a friend. You can park on the streets for an hour free. We wished we had more time, as the menu was extensive. It can get crowded inside, but, as we found out, a lovely back garden with tables and lots of flowers are also a delight to be seated by. The brunch plates came in fast and tasted delicious. It is clean and comfortable inside. Greeted by friendly girls proud of their coffee shop. It makes a huge difference to the great service you get. If you are vegetarian this place is for you. Lots of options in the menu. The croissant with cranberry and cheese (toasted) was my favorite.”

It’s a lovely old place, lots of character & a great location.The staff were all very friendly & the service great.We ate in the restaurant in the evening & had breakfast & the food was superb at both meals.Would definitely recommend this hotel.Food & drinks: The food was excellent & I would definitely eat here even if not staying”

“Have just come back from the Masons arms we stayed one night in a most luxurious room No 10 had all the things you would need and we had lovely nights sleep We had dinner in the restaurant again was excellent very good service from all the staff and finished with a fabulous breakfast. Cannot fault any of our stay and would thoroughly recommend”
