Lewis went above and beyond to help me via phone call after an incident at the service stop! Unfortunately it hasn’t been resolved but he took the time to do as much as possible. Thanks so much.

This is a great little Starbucks on a main route. I've only been here the once while travelling down to see a dear friend. Great service, just what you need when you haven't spoken to a human being after driving for a while.

Definitively the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. No toilet paper in any toilets. Light broken in one of the two. The only toilet with paper was the disabled one for men’s and the flushing was broken.

Have finally given up on this Starbucks. Have been coming here since it opened as it is a convenient roadside half-way stopping point en route to Cornwall. The standards of cleanliness are abysmal — the floors are unswept and as others have commented the male toilet floors are always waterlogged. Complaints have been made directly to Starbucks but have not resulted in improvements. Customers will not avoid this outlet as it is so convenient but is simply not up to standard.

Visit 2.30PM 18.02. Will actively seek to avoid this place. Totally agree with Matt's review of a few days ago. Staff struggling to maintain service, cleanliness and hygiene standards. Crumbs still everywhere - might even be the same ones from days ago. Advise use of wellies if you want to visit gents toilets!. A female companion complained direct about state of ladies' toilets. Manager allegedly 'off sick'. One of the two staff went straight from collecting and putting out rubbish to serving food without washing hands. On top of this my latte coffee was so weak it tasted like hot milk. Didn't bother to complain as seemed little point. Almond croissant mediocre.Parking: Awkwardly arranged car park.

Was on a road trip and going for few hours was lovely for a pit stop. Very light and airy. Toilets were clean. And has lovely views!

Total disgrace! Filthy rubbish and crumbs all over the seats, tables and floors. The gents toilets were awash with stale urine. It clearly hasn't had a decent manager with an eye for cleanliness let alone detail. Tables in one section are just dumped together in an unusable way. If this Starbucks was operating in the States it would have been shut with immediate effect and I think that's what it needs until they can find some staff with pride in where they work!

For a quick stop, this place offers a good service. All the tables were very clean and staff were helpful although table service would be helpful when you have children with you.

Kirsten was a lovely server today and was patient and friendly when we got our order wrong. She was really welcoming and smiley. Walked away with a great drink. Thank you

Ordered a tea and waited 12 minutes only to be told they had a problem with the printer (?). Weakest tea I've ever had. Staff too busy talking to each other .

Frothy flat white and unimpressive almond croissant lot of people stop her mid journey so I don't suppose they worry too much about feedback, but not up to much even by Starbucks standards

Disappointing. Incredibly expensive without the commensurate quality. The coffee was fine but my toastie tasted plasticy and cheap. The eat-in dining area was bathed in load music and the staff seemed more interested in having the space to themselves rather than making it welcoming to customers.

The tables were covered in leftover cups and food, the toilets were unclean and both sexes had to share. Mentioned this to manager who was very young and she lost it with me. Not the sort of service and welcoming expected at Starbucks. Avoid if at all possible.
