Food was awful, chips greasy, fish very greasy, missed one item from order, phoned up and they sent item out within 8 minutes, quality was so much better on second delivery, original fish order looked as it had been frozen and then cooked. Will not be ordering from here again.

Popped in a we always used to come but we're only passing through on this occasion and didn't want to miss the opportunity. The cod and chips were great. The haddock and chips were awful - tasteless and no texture, never seen a piece of haddock look like that. I'm not convinced it really was haddock. We were on a time crunch so ate what I could and had some of the cod. Told the staff when I paid - just incase anybody else had said anything, the response was "well I wouldn't know I don't eat Haddock". Brilliant. My advice would be send it straight back if it's not right, unfortunately we didn't have enough time for them to cook another piece.

We’ve just had a wonderful meal here. We had the sausage and chips and the haddock and chips. Everything was cooked perfectly. The batter was light and crisp, the fish was beautiful. Huge portions So glad we popped in here.

I'm a returning customer and have never been let down. Good portion size, nice batter on the fish and good value. To be honest I've never used another chippy in Ilfracombe. Quick service and staff friendly and helpful. A short walk away is the quayside and a perfect place to eat.

Long wait for takeaway for two,and would never have spare ribs there again,so much bar b q flavours and tiny ribs.Their lovely delivery man came and took food out.

Fish well cooked. Nice chips. Before we went there was atleast one place on the internet that said you could eat in. But if that area existed it wasn't open late evening when we went. That wasn't clear online. Otherwise no complaints.
Awful place, very rude staff. My family waited outside while i went inside to order. Very rude staff joked with another customer on how she would like to flick a switch for a blind to stop people looking in!. My family had to look in at the huge menu above her head to order? Says family friendly, thats a lie. Walked straight back out without ordering and won't be going back. Crazy customer care.

Came in last Friday just before closing and didn’t think we would get served but we did! Quite a large order for that time of evening too, but we had a good bit of banter with staff while we waited and went home with great food. Happy tummy’s and will return for more laughs with the girls.

Excellent value for money.We had the meal deal which was fishand chips plus a pudding for £12.50 per head. Really good fish and chips and generous portions. Service was a little bit slow but was not a problem for us. Would thoroughly recomend, but be patient
