Just had a delicious and nutritious lunch there on a very rainy day and felt so at home!! The lady who owns the Cafe welcomed us in and brought us a very varied menu and helped me with my gluten free requirements. She was happy to adapt many of the dishes. I ended up having a really nice mackerel salad, with lots of colourful veggies. Totally recommend. The price is very reasonable and the room is lovely filled with art for sale. People at other tables were having delicious cakes. We were only there for a short lunch but I would have loved to try the cakes! They also sell organic chocolate bars. Oh and they have a cat around, which I also loved. Dogs also allowed :) A very happy and friendly cafe with good quality food! Thank you!!Dietary restrictions: The owner was very friendly and helpful about gluten free options and adaptations

What a lovely part of the country...and this little cafe is literally at the centre of both Moors....friendly staff, clean wholesome food..Obviously not a restaurant but you won't go wrong refuelling in this exquisite Cafe..I will return, all the way from

Lovely little cafe that's tucked away in a nice little village.

Had lunch here while walking the Two Moors Way and it was amazing. We were lucky enough to have wonderful weather so could sit out in the sun with some coffee and delicious food, it felt more like we were relaxing somewhere in Spain than in Devon! Food was really tasty and good sized portions for a couple of hungry walkers, and the lady serving us was really friendly. Bonus points for a very friendly handsome cat!

Visited today and sat in the sunshine out the front. Ploughman's was lovely and filling (big fan of the gherkins) and toasties are lovely and great selection of side salads. Too full for a cake though. Definitely be back.

We called in after walking part of the Two Moors Way. My friend chose to have a salad bowl and had the choice of lots of different fresh ingredients to put in it. I went for a slice of gluten free chocolate cake. Both were really tasty. We had a warm welcome form the owner and a friendly chat with some of the other customers too. It's a great place to call in to if you are in the area.

Thank you for our delicious lunch. Your home made soup and toastie were fabulous and tasted as good as they looked. Your cafe really cheered us up on a pretty miserable December day!

Lovely little cafe and gift shop. Outside tables under cover for all weather and tables inside. Dog friendly.Food is delicious. A great place for everyone, a real hub of the community. Jules is lovely and makes the most delicious soups and cakes.

Popped in for a sandwich at lunchtime. It was lovely! Jules who runs this place is really friendly and goes out of her way to make sure you're comfortable. Highly recommended place to stop for something to eat or peruse the shop.

Stopped by after a dog walk with my two youngest boys. Had fresh coffee and homemade cheese scones- they were delish!!! Boys has milkshakes and cakes..they enjoyed those too. Lovely hosts and next time I will take some time to look in the gift shop, it looked beautiful. Thank you again!

We visited the lovely Jules at the Two Moors Cafe yesterday (Fri 26th) and were welcomed with her lovely smile. We chose to sit outside and ordered 4 coffees. Then we ordered Salmon Pate x2, Halloumi and Egg on Toast and Carrot Cake. The pate was lovely with great portion sizes, the halloumi was cooked to perfection and was told the carrot cake was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful morning we will be back
