4 West St, Witheridge, TivertonJust had a delicious and nutritious lunch there on a very rainy day and felt so at home!! The lady who owns the Cafe welcomed us in and brought us a very varied menu and helped me with my gluten free requirements. She was happy to adapt many of the dishes. I ended up having a really nice mackerel salad, with lots of colourful veggies. Totally recommend. The price is very reasonable and the room is lovely filled with art for sale. People at other tables were having delicious cakes. We were only there for a short lunch but I would have loved to try the cakes! They also sell organic chocolate bars. Oh and they have a cat around, which I also loved. Dogs also allowed :) A very happy and friendly cafe with good quality food! The Devonshire Dumpling
Morchard Rd, CreditonWhat a lovely pub. Great staff who were very welcoming. A good choice of starters, mains and desserts. The food was well presented, everything was well seasoned and all hot. My only niggle was they only had an Italian lager on draft, which neither of us liked. There were bottle options. The pub was well decorated with a roaring fire. Conveniently located on the A377. I’ve passed this placed on many times and now have finally visited. Will definitely be stopping again.
