Gregg and Jacqui are lovely owners who made us feel so welcome. Breakfasts were simply delicious, our room (Deepdene) was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean (as was the en-suite) and the bed very comfortable. An added bonus was private parking although there was plenty of safe and well lit on-street parking outside the property too. We cannot wait to return for another stay next year.

We have stayed at many UK B&Bs over the years and the breakfasts we had this week were among the best. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well equipped. We also enjoyed tea/scones on the front terrace, on arrival-just the job after a 4 hour journey! We stayed in the East Lyn room, which had a lovely balcony. Ample parking at the rear of the property which is handy, as parking spaces are quite scarce in Lynton. If you are thinking of staying in this lovely part of Devon, look no further than Lee House B&B, you will not be disappointed.

Easy to talk to, relaxed, generous with their time when it comes to local knowledge/advice - and Jacqui gave us a very helpful local map. Lee House is ideally located for local shops, mini supermarkets and restaurants. Great choices for breakfast which were excellent. Spotlessly clean throughout and very well equipped. We also enjoyed tea on the front terrace. We had a lovely top floor room with great views , a lovely bathroom and we were very comfortable throughout. The car park is handy although street parking is possible now that the busy season has passed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at what is an excellent B & B and can recommend Lee House and Jacqui & Gregg with confidence.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lynton and Lee House is well situated for walking to local restaurants and the cliff railway to Lynmouth. Jacqui and Gregg are generous and welcoming hosts who provide a relaxing, lovely place to stay. We stayed in the garden room which had patio doors onto a little lavender scented oasis to sit in the afternoon sun, or as I did to have a coffee and read my book before breakfast. We were given a lovely cream tea on arrival which was very welcome after our long drive. The breakfasts are excellent with lots of choice including a fresh fruit salad with yoghurt and a full breakfast with lovely quality ingredients. Everything was beautifully cooked and we couldn’t fault it. Our room was a generous size and very comfortable with lovely fluffy towels in the bathroom. We’re so pleased we chose Lee House for our holiday, we’d highly recommend it.

Particularly loved the pancakes with oodles of fruit and the lovely creamy porridge. Would definitely recommend and would gladly go again if in the area. A Five star accommodation. Sue & Nigel.

Excellent breakfast choices and the food was delicious. Brilliant location within Lynton, and its own private car park is handy if like us you just wanted to leave your car untouched for the duration of your stay. Would definitely recommend and already have to friends and family!

Simply Outstanding ????⭐️ My wife and I do an awful lot of travelling mainly always staying in hotels! We had forgotten just how fantastic guesthouses/Bed and breakfasts could be! The personal touch you get from Lee House is as good if not better than any five star hotel we’ve stayed in. The whole place is immaculately clean, absolutely spotless, if you get the garden room as we did, you’ll be able to sit in the afternoon sun with a glass of wine watching the bees ? in the wild beautiful garden. The breakfasts are delicious, top quality ingredients and do ask to try some of their fantastic homemade jams, we came home with 6! Real value for money too. They have their own parking at the rear of the property which is a massive bonus as parking in lynton can be tricky. All in all, great hosts, great rooms absolutely fabulous, see you next year ?
