Jacqui and Gregg are perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome. Lee House is ideally located for local shops, restaurants, Lynton cinema and the cliff railway. Breakfast choices were excellent. We have stayed at many UK B&Bs over the years and the breakfasts we had this week were among the best. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well equipped. Jacqui and Gregg are perfect hosts and we felt genuinely welcome from start to finish. Easy to talk to, relaxed, generous with their time when it comes to local knowledge/advice - and Jacqui gave us a very helpful local map. Lee House is ideally located for local shops, mini supermarkets and restaurants. Great choices for breakfast which were excellent. Spotlessly clean throughout and very well equipped. Gregg and Jacqui are lovely owners who made us feel so welcome. Breakfasts were simply delicious, our room (Deepdene) was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean (as was the en-suite) and the bed very comfortable. An added bonus was private parking although there was plenty of safe and well lit on-street parking outside the property too. We cannot wait to return for another stay next year.
