We had an evening meal since we were staying in Lynton. Good choice available including a variety of specials. Pleasant atmosphere and tasty food.Food & drinks: We enjoyed a very pleasant meal. It was great to have the choice of a pumpkin ravioli, which was well presented. All dishes were well priced and of good quality.

Beautiful gem of a pub located along one of the best roads in the country (A39). Take the toll road from Porlock ( don't forget your £3). Great beer, food... Roaring fires in every room. Can't ask for much

Beautiful country type pub lots of areas to eat depending on needs , outside and inside eating, we picked a area called the snug , nice two seat setup by the fire ? and more private , there are options to eat in the restaurant, pool table area too if that's your thing, the food is very well priced with what you get , the staff are very friendly and happy to attend to your dietary needs and questionsVery close distance to visit Lynton and LynmouthGreat for staying and walking over the close local trailsKeep up the great workEnjoyed the visitNearby activities: Lynton and LynmouthNoteworthy details: Lots of Parking space avaliable

This is a restaurant only review. The Blueball Inn was surprisingly better than I had expected. The room was quiet, well lit, and festive (as it was still Christmas time). The staff were great and the food was really good. I wouldn't say amazing, but it was really good. I had pork. The wine wasn't great, but not bad. It didn't taste like grocery store wine. But I am from California and my standards are really pretty high. I would definitely recommend this place. It is only a five minute drive from Lynton. Worth the drive.

Very disappointed, we have been to eat a number of times and always been very happy. Today we had Sunday lunch, meat was tough, veg and potatoes cold. A treat for us to eat out so disappointed.
