I don’t know why I keep forgetting this place, it’s a cheap taxi ride from Lynton to somewhere that is not only an idyllic location if you get to visit it during the day but one of the best meals you’ll get within a 100 mile radius. In winter just make sure you reserve a table by the fire, you won’t want to leave ?Lush ❤️
What a lovely place. Recommended to us and they def weren't wrong. Nice warm greeting on arrival and very quick, pleasant service. Staff very polite and attentive. Good selection of beers. Was difficult to decide what to order off the menu as it all sounded so good, but eventually settled on lamb shank for me and chicken breast for my wife. We weren't disappointed. Our family had travelled from various parts of the country to meet up and have Sunday lunch - and it was excellent. The food was superb, very tasty and plentiful and a good range of items to choose from on the menu. The Sunday roasts were great! The staff were friendly and attentive and everything was served promptly. We hope to be back soon.
