I have to say on this occasion two of the staff that had yellow coats on which said " we are here to help "should have we are not here to help.I had a query, and had to run to get their attention, and when I said excuse me the girl turned around and gave me such a filthy look, as if to say what do you want! Anyway the young lad took the item that I wanted to see how much it was, and I had to really walk fast to keep up with him to find out. Obviously we were taking their time up! Asda what has happened to your staff! You have a hand full that are really nice , but the rest have no customer care. This is the Newton abbot Branch .-I will send the information but not sure how to get it to you as there is no way of replying on here .

My partner and I camped nearby in August and dropped in to buy some food, spent £90. We have since received a £140 collections notice after not recieving a PCN from the parasites parking eye. I've never been to an Asda where I needed to pay to park, and there is obviously not sufficient signs to make everyone aware of it, going by these reviews. This is very poor from Asda. We won't be visiting any Asda going forward. Any company that teams up with parking eye shows their level of contempt for customers.

Adding my name to what seems to be a growing list of paying Asda customers who have been blind-sided and slapped with a parking ticket. Will also write to the store manager.

Colleague of ASDA for 5 years and normally defend their stupid decisions, but having a fine heavy - pay and display system in the car park with minimal signage is insane.

I popped in here for a quick lunch when extremely hungry. I spent over £80 grabbing household bits I needed.Got a parking ticket!I will never spend one penny of my money at any Asda ever again!I earn decent money so you’ve shot yourselves in the foot.Disgraceful company and customer service and I’m not quiet in my opinions. I will now make it a personal endeavour to make sure as many people as possible avoid this horrendous, greedy, money grabbing, intimidating shop.Completely disgusted and won’t be happy until they have ceased trading in the UK.To make matters worse I then receive a reply from a manager saying ‘most’ stores offer 1 hour free parking (I have never stayed in any supermarket longer than an hour) and certainly not this one. Also no option to reply to the reply. Insulting! Goodbye disgusting company!

As a visitor who needed to shop, and uses their own Asda, parked here with a blue badge. Took us 15/20 mins to register as long queue at customer services. Two long walks as all the parking spaces for disability parking are a small number by the door- the rest are parent and child.today recieved a parking notice which shows us leaving parking site at 2 mins past time!! We had problems getting out as they were doing work in the car park and could not go the way the arrows dictated + had to queue for some time to get out as car park busy. Not only that the PBA (british Parking Association, to which your car parking company are a member apparently as displayed on their letterhead), give a grace period of 10 minutes! please could someone have the grace to explain this?We had to wait to pay and then wait to buy something at the chemist, + 15 minutes to register blue badge, the vehicle was seen entering and leaving- but no account being taken for find a space of reading the signage!!!Both the families we were visiting or ourselves will not be visiting your store any time soon. Luckily there is plenty of choice for supermarkets

Absolute joke...when I arrived I asked an Asda employee if it was pay & display. "Nah just pay its all cctv now" most unhelpful..I dutifully went to a machine had to enter registration & pay a £1, once again a total lack of information given,no ticket given no proof of payment...was feeling anxious all the time I was shopping... will never use again....Maybe Asdas profits have been bad. Very poor quality & service .

After having received a parking fine, as holiday makers we were unaware that we would have to pay for parking to shop in Asda. We did not see any signs or any machines to pay. Had we known we would have to pay for parking we would not have shopped there.
