We had two adult Sunday roasts for £18 and they were lovely. Lots of beef and gravy. They catered for Gluten Free by providing my partner with a different gravy and knew that the cauliflower cheese had gluten in it. The carrots, cabbage and red cabbage were on a seperate dish and tasted amazing. The Yorkshire pudding and stuffing ball (not gluten free) we’re very tasty too. We have not visited for a couple of years but thought we would have a change from the usual pub we use when in Newton Abbot on a Sunday. So glad we did. The roasts looked really nice but we opted for the burger and drink special at £6.95. I had cheeseburger and my wife had the chicken fillet. Could not fault either and washed down with Jail ale and Thatchers Haze. Service was friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back next time in Newton and try the roast.

Enjoy a great burger and chips ? ? and a free pint ? Loads of space in the beer garden, the garden is well flowered with hanging creepers with the sound of sparrows chirping in the background, will definitely be back this summer ☀️Parking: Parking space in Newton Abbot is not a problem there's loads of payed parking space all aroundWheelchair accessibility: No problem getting in and out well planned for wheelchair access
